He has solidified a superior reputation because of his expertise in bringing his candidates the right roles, and his clients the right candidates. His commitment to do what's right for all parties, along with his sincerity, persistence and exceptional quality of work has earned him the opportunity to work with many high performing executives, venture capital firms, and with companies that have experienced stratospheric growth.
Jeff primarily focuses on positions centered around revenue driving or supporting (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success) from top down in an organization: C-Suite to individual contributors and he will model his search efforts around his client's needs, as no role is beyond his reach to find the best and right talent.
He's a graduate from Oregon State University, an avid Beaver Fan and Southern California resident. He is deeply committed and actively involved with his family (wife Lisa, and 5 children: Josie, Sawyer, Marlee, Montana and Olivia - Also, Charlie the family's "lazy bones Jones" White Lab). You will also occasionally see him on the golf course or head banging to some classic rock and roll.
